Texas Holdem Mistake #1: Paying to see the Flop Most poker players are too loose with their starting hand selection. When you become predictable, you start losing. * Every time you get good cards, everyone will fold. * Every time you get bad cards, everyone will bet. The key is to BE CONSCIOUS OF YOUR BETTING PATTERNS. Bet strong hands a certain way for a while and mix it up a bit. Do crazy things, bet odd amounts.
